Client’s Industry: Agency
The Problem
Being one year into business, Eric was struggling to manage multiple projects, inboxes, and clients, and especially unable to prioritize tasks across projects.
Goal of the Project
Create a centralised Notion system to help Eric manage projects by client, prioritize tasks, and manage clients. Also build systems to handle meeting notes, sales, and marketing.
He found success using the Eisenhower matrix to prioritize tasks, which he wanted to adapt in Notion.
The Work Process
Phase 1: Workflow Audit
The project started with us getting a deeper understanding of Eric’s system and building a roadmap for the project.
Phase 2: Workspace Build
Based on our roadmap, we built a system well suited to running a thriving agency, able to prioritize important tasks and delegate the rest.
Phase 3: Training
Building the Notion system was just 20% of the work. The other 80% was training and making adoption as easy as possible for the whole team.
The Outcome
Eric was ecstatic about the upgraded system, and the team got accustomed to it with no hiccups. Now they had the “perfect” system in their arsenal to thrive.
Eric eventually booked us as partners to build custom Notion systems for the agencies they work with 🫡
