THE PROBLEM
Being one year into business, Eric is struggling to manage multiple projects, inboxes, clients, and specially being unable to prioritize tasks between projects.

GOAL OF THE PROJECT
Create a centralised Notion system that can help Eric manage project by clients, priotize tasks and manage clients. Also, build systems to manage meeting notes, sales, and marketing.
He found success in using the Eisenhower matrix to prioritize tasks which he was interested to adapt in Notion.

Workflow Audit: The project started with us getting a deeper understanding of Eric's system and building a roadmap for the project.
Workspace Build: Based on our roadmap, we were able to build a system that is well suited for his need to run a thriving agency and be able to prioritize important tasks and delegate the rest.
Training: Building the Notion system was just 20% of the work, the rest 80% was training and making it as easy as possible for complete adoption of the system by the team.
